Idaho’s Bounty organized a farm tour today. Judd & Heather McMahan of Wood River Organics were kind enough to give us a tour and host the potluck dinner. Their farm is located West of Bellevue, Idaho at the historic CAL-PACIFICO Ranch. I don’t know about you, but fresh organic lettuce like this never lasts in my refrigerator for long. Some people have the same problem when they know they have ice cream in the freezer.
