Paulette Phlipot  is an award-winning food, travel & lifestyle photographer.  Her specialty is telling the story of a place through her images of food and the elements that surround it.  She is based in Sun Valley, Idaho.

Along with being a freelance photographer for editorial and commercial clients Paulette is also a founder and the Photo Editor for Teton Family Magazine.

Paulette is a graduate of the Western Academy of Photography, in Victoria, B.C. Canada. Her work there earned her four of the Academy’s most prestigious awards, Best Portfolio, Best Student, Best Architecture Image, and Best Fashion Image. Her Still Life Photography received the top Provincial and the top National awards by the Professional Photographers of Canada and Fujifilm.  Paulette was most recently awarded the “Best of Show” award at the IACP (International Association of Culinary Professionals) 2008 conference.

When Paulette is not photographing the flavors and essence of a place for editorial and commercial clients, you can find her in the mountains either hiking, biking or skiing or at home in the kitchen enjoying good food with family and friends.
